Pool Activities
Come and experience the activities in our natural spring –
fed swimming pool. Enjoy the benefit of toning and cardiovascular
activities with a breathtaking panorama of Bagus Jati
- Pool Jogging: 30–45 minutes of Pool Jogging are equivalent
to 6-9 km of jogging. It is a combination of running at a moderate
pace in water and weight training lasting 20 minutes. Studies
have shown that aqua jogging helps to restore lost bone density,
diminishes knee pain from arthritis, and also has a positive effect
on type-2 diabetes
- Aqua Aerobic is a recommended form of exercise by medical and
health professionals alike, as a way of rehabilitating injuries.
We offer personal and group instruction using aqua weights and
equipment to enhance all levels of fitness on a daily basis, stay
cool and refreshed as you enjoy a fun-filled workout
